Terms and Conditions for ChatrBots Services

1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of chatbot services (“Services”) by ChatrBots (“us”, “we”, or “our”) to the customer (“you” or “your”). By accepting these Terms, you agree to be bound by them in relation to the use of our Services.

2. Services

2.1 We provide chatbot creation and implementation services tailored to the needs of your online business.

2.2 Our Services include, but are not limited to, the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and updates of the chatbot software.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Our services are charged on a two-part basis: an upfront implementation fee and a recurring monthly fee.

3.2 The implementation fee is due and payable prior to the commencement of Services. The recurring monthly fee begins once the chatbot has been fully implemented and is due at the beginning of each month.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 If within 30 days of the chatbot being implemented, you are not satisfied with our Services, you can request a full refund of the implementation fee.

4.2 To qualify for a refund, you must submit your claim within the 30-day period and provide a reasonable explanation of your dissatisfaction.

4.3 The monthly fee is non-refundable and will be prorated to reflect the date of cancellation within the first month.

5. Service Level Agreement

5.1 We agree to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain and support the chatbot services.

5.2 We are not responsible for issues that arise from changes made to the chatbot by anyone other than our team.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 All intellectual property rights in the chatbot technology, including any updates, enhancements, and new versions, belong to us, and you agree to not infringe upon these rights.

6.2 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the chatbot technology for the duration of this agreement.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

7.1 We will adhere to all applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations in the course of providing our Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our Services.

9. Term and Termination

9.1 The term of this Agreement begins on the date the chatbot is implemented and continues until terminated by either party.

10. Changes to these Terms

10.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes will mean you accept those changes.
